🏐 JV Volleyball lost a tough match tonight vs. Cal-Mum. The Livonia Bulldogs took the first match 25-23, but lost the next two matches 25-20 and 25-15. Avery Stahl led the offense with 2 kills and contributed 12 service attempts, which were at critical points during the match. Julie Renner also led the service line with 3 aces. Kaylie Hasfurter and Aubrie Albany helped lead the back row with 7 and 4 digs respectively. We will reset for tomorrow as we have another 3 games in a row to go.

⚽ The Boys Varsity Soccer team defeated Dansville 6-0 tonight in an LCAA Division I showdown. Shane Melead recorded 2 goals and an assist. Bryce Hoang scored 2 goals. Connor Feehan had a goal and an assist and was “Man of the Match”. Evan Frazo rounded out the scoring for the Bulldogs. Peter Tonkery had 5 saves for the shutout.
🏃 The Livonia Cross Country team had a great race at Genesee County Park last night. Chris Coyle came in second in the boys race, followed closely by Luke Lawton, Matt Mulvaney, Owen Cavo and Ryan Bosch. Cami Rode came in 4th in the girls race, followed by Alyssa Healy, Carly Lang, and Sara Perdue. Great racing Cross Country!

Monday night wrap up
🏈 JV football team suffered a loss to Oakfield-Alabama-Elba last night 31-0. Some injuries to our players put the team at an disadvantage. The team never gave up and battled to the last second.
⚽ The JV girls soccer team hosted Haverling last night having now matched up against each league opponent. After a slow start, the girls found the net a total of five times. Scoring for the Bulldogs were KJ Eiinhiple, Bailey Treuhart, Libby Kwak, Jess Freese and Ava Pragle. This well rounded attack featuring many different scoring threats makes it difficult for their opponents to defend. Assisting their teammates, setting them up to score were Genny Strom, Ava and KJ twice.
For their Homecoming game, the girls will play Dansville Friday in hopes of taking back their only league loss of the season.
🏐 The girls modified volleyball team had an amazing night with a 5-0 match sweep against Dansville. The girls played amazingly as a team and were solid with their serving all night.

Weekend Wrap Up
⚽ Girls Varsity Soccer beat WayCo 5-0
Isabelle Dennis, Anna Cinquino, Kylie Buckley, Esther Slocum each scored a goal and Hannah Weldy picked up her first varsity goal. Cinquino, Slocum, and Kelsey Stewart had assists.
🥅 Mary Kwak and Kylei Waters shared goal keeping time and each had one save.
⚽ The JV Boys soccer team defeated Hornell by a score of 3-1. Scoring for the Bulldogs were George Christian, Christian Roller, and Austin Francis. Assists were made by Austin Francis, and Ryan Matzek. The Dogs improve to 9-0 on the season. Keep it going boys!
⚽ The Boys Varsity Soccer team lost 1-0 in Hornell despite having the better of the game. “Man of the Match” honors were shared by Matthew Connor and Connor Feehan. The Boys fall to 5-4 on the season.

Thursday Night Wrap Up
⚽ The Livonia Girls Modified team defeated Wayland-Cohocton tonight 6-0. Avery Snyder and Gwen Strom each scored in their third straight game. Also scoring for the Bulldogs was Natalie Gause(2), Alexa Olsen and Lily Sharp.
🥅 Karly Lawton and Gwen Strom combined for their third straight shutout.
⚽ The JV girls soccer team put together an amazing passing game, attacking from the corners for a 4-1 win over visiting Hornell. The tenacious play of the defense and tough goalkeeping by McKenna consistently turned away scoring chances for Hornell. Jess Freeze continues to set up her teammates earning two assists on goals from KJ and Eliza. Emily Foley found the net off a pass from Hayley and Eliza cashed in a PK in the second half. Come out Monday and support the girls as they host Bath Haverling.
⚽ The Varsity girls fought a hard battle vs Hornell but lost 2-1 in double OT
🏊♀️ Swimming and diving beat a talented Way-Co team, 95-81.
Eleven swimmers have qualified for sectionals already this season!

🏐 JV Volleyball had a nail-biter last night! We split the first two games with Wayland-Co taking the first game 25-16 and Livonia took the second 25-16. However, I am so excited and proud that the girls ended up winning the final game 25-23. Julie Renner had an amazing serving run during the second game and had 15 aces. The girls served aggressively with Sierra Santiago having 4 aces, Jenna Gorton with 3 aces, as well as Avery Stahl and Kaylie Hasfurter each contributing 2 acces each. Avery Stahl also led the front row with 2 kills. I am very proud of their hard work and energy that helped them pull through the third game!

🏃 The Varsity Boys and Girls Cross Country teams continued their winning streak at home last night. Top finishers for the boys were Luke Lawton, Chris Coyle, Matt Mulvaney, Josh VanNostrand, Anthony Lippert, and Owen Cavo. Top finishers for the girls were Cami Rode, Alyssa Healy, Sara Perdue, Carly Lang, and Ollie Turek. Both teams remain undefeated with a 6-0 record. Great job Cross Country!

🏐 JV Volleball had a tough loss Friday 9/17 against Brighton. Livonia started out strong with a win 25-23, but lost the second two games 20-25 and 14-25. I am so proud of how well the girls played as a team and tried to help fill some important roles.
Avery Stahl and Jenna Gorton led the offense with 4 kills each.
Jenna also contributed 4 aces as well with a strong serve.
Aubrie Albany had 2 aces as she has been working so hard to get a consistent serve and was able to get 7 of her serves over the net!
We continue our 6 games in a row on Monday against Hornell at Hornell. We really appreciate the support of all our fans!

⚽ The Boys Varsity Soccer team lost a heartbreaker in Bath tonight. The Bulldogs led 1-0 with 3 minutes remaining against one of the top teams in the state, only to fall 2-1 in sudden death overtime. Shane Melead scored the only goal Bath has allowed in over a year, assisted by Jackson McEnerney. “Man of the Match” was Matthew Connor.

🏈 JV football played a tough game last night vs a big Letchworth/Perry/Warsaw team. Brayden Amadeo scored on the first play of the game and returned the kickoff 70 yards for a touchdown. The two-point conversion fell a little short to make it 6-0. The game remained the same with some tough defense until the fourth quarter when Letchworth/Perry/Warsaw scored with 5:30 left in the game to make it 6-6. Their 2 point conversion was good to make it 8-6. Livonia tried to put together a late run to score but fell a little short. Great effort by all players.

⚽ The JV girls soccer team lost a tough game to Dansville last night 2 - 1. Tough defense limited the Mustang chances, but a couple of quick strikes put the Bulldogs down 2-0 at halftime. Out of the gate fast and furious following the intermission found Libby Kwak and KJ Einhiple teaming up for a goal within the first two minutes. Despite holding Dansville scoreless in the second half, and many close scoring chances for Livonia, the ladies could not tie it up. Last week in a pair of home games, the girls hung tough with the physical play of Aquinas losing 2-0, but holding them scoreless after halftime adjustments to their game. On Saturday the Bulldogs defeated visiting Geneseo 3-0.
⚽ The girls host Leroy next Tuesday at 4:30. Come on out and cheer them on!
