Weekend Wrap-up
🎾Congrats to Gavin W and Charlie R who won a team patch this weekend. They defeated teams from Newark, Midlakes, with a HUGE win vs Geneva but lost to HAC in 3 sets for the championship. The team will continue on at state qualifiers. GO DOGS!
🏌️ The Varsity Golf team had a bounce back performance against Brockport at Deerfield Counter Club winning the match 221-242. Overall medalist of the match was Max M who shot an impressive round of 40. Other low scores included Nick C and Cayden T who shot 43s. The win puts the Bulldogs record at 10-1 on the season. The Bulldogs can secure the league title with wins over Haverling and Hornell today.
⚾ JV baseball Livonia 8-McQuaid 2
Harper R. pitched 5 efficient innings allowing only 2 walks and striking out 3 batters. Harper had superb defense behind him all afternoon. After McQuaid scored first going up 1-0, Livonia scored three of their own on singles by Oliver T and Carson B and a 2 RBI double by Logan P. Jack O. hit an RBI double to put the Bulldogs up 3-1. Livonia would score 3 more runs in the 6th and two more insurance runs in the seventh. Carson B. pitched a gem the last two innings striking out 3 batters. Aaron K stayed hot and was 2-4 with 4 RBIs, Logan P 2-4 2 RBIs 2 runs scored, Oliver T. 2-4 2 runs scored. Carter R finished 2-3 at the plate. Landon F had an RBI as well. Livonia travels to Hornell on Monday.
⚾ On Friday modified baseball improved to 2-0 with a 6-5 win over WayCo.
Logan S pitched 4 full innings striking out 8 batters. Brad F entered the game on the hill in the 6th to get the save. Jordan R was 1-1 with a triple and 2 walks scoring 2 runs. Madix W was 2-3 with 3rbi's and two runs scored. The next game is tonight at home against Hornell.
🥎 Friday evening the modified softball team had an amazing game with a lot of hits and a lot of runs!! The team beat Way-Co 18 to 11! Pitching for the team with 5 strikeouts was Brooke M and with 4 strikeouts. Harper S. Brooke M, Chloe R, Harper S, Courtney P, Lexi P, Addie E, Kylee W, and Alexis S all had RBIs. Courtney P had a ground single RBI turn into an infield home run!! Great job team!! They take on Hornell at home on Monday 5-6 at 4:30.
🥍 Modified girls lacrosse lost to HFL Saturday 10-4. Lily R, Penny S, Sophia M, and Lydia K. each scored for the Lakers. Annabelle R had 11 saves.

Thursday Night Wrap-up
⚾ Varsity Baseball Livonia 5- WayCoh 4
Zach W's 2 out RBI single to left field scored Brady O in the top of the seventh would seal the deal for the Bulldogs. Connor F pitched out of a jam in relief in the sixth and set down the Eagles in order in the bottom of the seventh to win it for the Bulldogs.
Seth E pitched 5 2/3 striking out 12 walking only one. Connor F went 1 1/3 in relief with 2 strikeouts.
Brady O went 2 for 4 with 2 runs scored and an RBI. Zach W went 2-4 with an RBI. Seth E went 2-4 with a run scored.
The Eagles led 3-0 after 4 innings as the Bulldogs would go ahead in the top of the 5th inning on a crucial error by Wayland Cohocton. Wayland tied the game at 4 after a Marcus B single and a stolen base a throwing error by the catcher plated Marcus after an attempted steal to third.
Livonia has won 4 in a row and evens their record at 7-7, they host Bishop Kearney Saturday night for Senior Night. Game time is 7 pm
🥎Varsity softball Livonia 7-WayCoh 6
Livonia came to play in a league action thriller vs Wayland-Cohocton! Livonia started the scoring in the top of the first inning by plating 3 runs. Lead off hitter, Gwen S, started off the night by smashing a double. The Dawg's next batter, Alaina T reached on an error, setting up runners on second and third. Two batters later, Morgan M put a ball in play that scored two runs for the Dawgs. Ava C plated Morgan M on a sacrifice flyout to left field, thus rounding out the scoring for Livonia in the first inning. Livonia's bats stayed hot in the second as they added two more runs on hits by Kiera W and Alaina T. Wayland answered with a run in the bottom of the second on a hit by L. Mellick. The Bulldogs were able to add two more runs in the 4th and 6th inning and went into the 7th with a 7-3 lead. Wayland did not go away quietly and scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th before Alaina T fielded a ball at second base and threw it to first for the final out of the game. Gwen S went 4-4 with 4 runs scored and 2 doubles, Alaina T went 1-3 with 1 run scored and 1 RBI, Morgan M was 1-4 with 2 RBIs and a run scored, and Ava C pitched 7 innings, walking 1 and striking out 2. 🥎The JV Softball team lost a tough game to Way-co Thursday night even though they had two tough innings where they scored 8 runs. Alex O and Emily L each had a double and Marci M, Ellie D., AJ M, Clare S., Madi B, Brooke M, and Josie D. all had hits for the Bulldogs.

Logan P. hit in Carson B in the bottom of the 7th and the walk off win for the Bulldogs. Logan also got the win on the mound , while going 3-5 at the plate with 3 RBI’s. Carson B was 3-5, 1 run and an RBI. Aaron K was 3-4 and an RBI, Grant F was 3-4 2 RBI’s, Landon F 2-4 RBI, Oliver T 2-5 2 RBI’s. Trevor W was 1-2 and Harper R 2-3 and 2 runs scored. The Bulldogs improved their record to 7-3 and will travel to McQuaid today - the game starts at 4:30.

⚾ Varsity Baseball Livonia 17 - Caledonia Mumford 2
The Bulldogs would score 10 runs in the first two innings on route to a 17-2 win in a shortened game due to the 10 run rule. Jack Tebeau earned his first varsity win in his first start of the season pitching 4 innings striking out 6 allowing 5 hits. Connor Feehan paced the Bulldog hitting attack going 3 for 3 with 3 runs scored and 2 RBI. Kaidan O'Connor had 2 hits and scored 2 runs. Ryan Bosch had 2 hits with a run scored. The Bulldogs pounded out 12 hits.
Livonia has won 3 in a row and moves their record to 6-7 on the season after starting 1-4. The Bulldogs travel to Wayland today.
🎾 Varsity Tennis - The Bulldogs defeated Warsaw by a score of 5-0. The team was led by the second doubles duo of Julie Renner and Owen Austin who won their match 6-0, 6-0.
The Bulldogs are now 10-0 and are in first place. 6 seniors will be traveling this weekend to Pal-Mac for Individual Sectionals. Charlie Roberts and Gavin Woolston will make up our first doubles team. Mary Kwak and Levi Woolston will make up the second team. At singles it will be Ethan Gavlak and Lucas Ray.

Tuesday night wrap-up
🏃 Track and Field - Livonia and Way-Co Boys tied 70-70 after a hard-fought meet on both sides.
Silas M played a key role in the outcome of this meet. He PR'd and placed 2nd in the 400H (1:07.30), with only one event in between them he then returned to the track and placed 3rd in the 3200 (11:20.00), and he returned to the track a final time and PR'd for the season in the 1600 with a strong kick in the final 100 meters to secure 2nd place (5:16.90)! Jayden C was a key scorer as well, placing 1st in high jump (5'3), 1st in the 200 (00:25.00) and 3rd in the 100 (00:12.10). Wyatt Z ran a 00:59.30 in the first open 400 of his career to claim 2nd place. Our boys swept the discus with Tom F in 1st (110'11"), Myles J in 2nd (108'8"), and Brandon S in 3rd (85'11"). Talon V had a great PR in the 3200 breaking the 12:00 barrier for the first time with a 11:40.00!
Although our Livonia Girls fell to Way-Co 86-53, we were extremely impressed by their performances the whole evening.
Sophie B kept her PR streak going, shaving 48 seconds off her 3000 to place 2nd (13.10.20). Our girls 4x100 (Rylee C, Avery B, Blair W, Taila B) ran their best time of the season and secured 1st place (00:56.40). Emily F, continues her undefeated season in the Pole Vault with 1st place (8'7"). MacKenzie L claimed 1st in shot put (28'7.5") and 3rd in discus (64'9.5") and Natalie G claimed 1st in discus (78'6") and 3rd in shot put (24'6.5"). Taila B, Blair W, Avery B and Madi G continued to stay consistent and scored key points in their events.

⚾ JV Baseball Livonia 8 - Haverling 6
Oliver T pitched 1 1/3 innings in relief, striking out all 5 batters he faced and earned the victory as the Bulldogs defeated the Rams 8-6. Oliver was also 4/5 at the plate with 3 RBI's, needing only a home run for the cycle, and three runs scored. Grant F. did a fantastic job behind the plate not allowing a passed ball and had the game winning RBI with a walk. Aaron K had a good day at the plate going 2-3 with a double and a run scored. Carson B. was 2-3 with a double and 2 RBIs. Livonia will play Way-Coh on Thursday, 4:30 pm at Baker Field.
🥍 Modified girls lacrosse lost a close game 7-6 to AQ. Lily R and Paige R both had two goals and Jane F and Taryn R both had one. Annabelle R had five saves.

Connor F pitched 5 innings allowing 2 hits striking out 8 and walking 2 batters.
The Bulldogs scored in every inning except the second. Seth E went 2 for 2 with 4 runs scored including a double. Kaidan O went 2 for 4 with 4 RBI. Connor F went 3 for 5 with 2 runs scored and 2 RBI. Zach W had 2 hits and scored 3 runs.
The Bulldogs pounded out 11 hits to push their record to 5-7 on the season.
🎾 The Bulldogs upped their record to 9-0 with a 5-0 victory versus Pavilion. Mary K played first singles today and won her match 6-2, 7-5. Trent G and Owen C won their match at first doubles with a 6-0, 6-0 win!
The Dogs travel to Pittsford today to take on Sutherland. It will be the toughest regular season opponent the Dogs have ever faced! Sutherland is #1 in the state!

🥎 Varsity softball - A back and forth affair in Livonia makes for an exciting Monday night game, but Batavia prevails in extra innings, winning 14-10
The Bulldogs collected a season-high 14 hits as they gave Batavia a run for their money.
Gwen S went 3 for 5 with a double and two singles including a single she ended up scoring on after Batavia struggled to make plays at each base.
Chloe M was also 3 for 5 with two singles and a clutch double in the bottom of the 7th, scoring 2 runs to tie it up and force 8 innings
Alaina T was 2 for 3
Jessie F was 2 for 4 with an RBI
Hits also came from Alex M, Keira W Morgan M and McKenna C - each nabbing an RBI.
Ava C pitched a complete game, showing grit in the circle and striking out 3.
Defense was on point for the Bulldogs - Gwen S led the charge tonight with 6 putaways, The freshman shortstop has 47 putaways for the season, leading the Bulldogs defensively.
The Bulldogs face another tough opponent today as they host Haverling at 4:45

Spring Senior Nights, come and celebrate the Class of 2024!
Tanner M, Chayse B, Zack Y, Aaron L, and Myles J all qualified in March for the Middle Atlantic Wrestling Association Regional Tournament that took place this Saturday and Sunday in PA. They wrestled hard against some tough competition. Myles finished out the day 3-1 for 2nd place and Chayse came away with 5th. Both boys will be traveling to MAWA Eastern National Championships in MD this weekend. Congratulations and good luck!

⛳ In a battle of unbeaten teams, the Varsity Golf team came out victorious with a 165-172 victory over Cal-Mum on Friday. Once again, Nick C was the overall medalist of the match shooting a 37. Colin Bagley also contributed a low round of 39. All 6 Livonia players shot 48 or better. Max M making his 4th appearance came in with a 42, Cayden T (47), Ryan O & Jackson S both shot 48. Sophomore pitcher Seth E pitched a complete game (first of his career at the varsity level) striking out 9 and walking 1. He allowed only 2 hits. "best game I have seen him pitch, he is coming along, limiting his walks."
Livonia scored 1 in the second on an RBI double by Kaidan O scoring Connor F. Connor F scored in the 6th on a balk. In the top of the seventh, the Bulldogs would add some insurance runs with Zach W and Connor F RBI singles both with two outs.

⚾ JV Baseball 2 - Dansville 7
Livonia gave up 7 unearned runs as the visiting Dansville Mustangs came out with the road victory 7-2 on a beautiful Friday afternoon at Baker Field. Oliver T pitched 5 innings striking out 7 and only walking 1 in the defeat. The Bulldogs fell to 5-3.
🥎 Varsity softball came to play on Friday, getting 9 hits and showcasing their defense, keeping Aquinas to only three runs.
McKenna C and Alex M each had two hits and two RBIs. Ava C also nabbed two hits and 1 RBI. Alaina T had one hit that drove two runs in, and Gwen S and Morgan M also had big hits.
Ava C was also strong in the circle, pitching a complete game, and striking out 7.

🥎 The JV softball team lost a tough game to Dansville Friday night however bounced back Saturday playing two games in the Midlakes Tournament. The Lady Dawgs lost the first game to Newark in the bottom of the 5th inning 17 to 16 and then came back to win the second game 11 to 7 against Midlakes. Alexa O led the Bulldogs at the plate going 6 for 6 with a home run and Madi B. went 4 for 6 with a home run for the day. Clare S also went 4 for 5 and had a great defensive day at 1st base. Ellie D and Brooke M each had two hits and Marci M, Angela M, and Lily S all had a hit each. Thursday Night Wrap-up
⛳ The Varsity Golf team continued their unbeaten streak moving to 8-0 with a victory over host Batavia at Terry Hills CC. Tied for medalist honors were Nick C and Colin Bagley each shooting a 40. Rounding out the scoring were Cayden T (44), Ryan O (45), Kyle W (51) and Jackson S (52). The next two matches will put the Bulldogs to the test as they visit unbeaten Cal-Mum and Monroe County powerhouse Pittsford Sutherland at Monroe GC!
Varsity baseball Way-Coh 10 - Livonia 5
Resuming the game that ended in a suspended game from April 11th due to poor weather, Wayland Cohocton led 7-4 as the game restarted. In the bottom of the 4th Livonia had runners on first and second with no outs. The Bulldogs would fail to score. Way-Coh would then plate 3 runs in the top of the fifth to take a commanding 10-4 lead. Brady O would go 2-4 with 3 RBI. The Bulldogs fall to 3-7 on the season.
🥍 Modified girls lacrosse had their first game today! Although they lost to Geneva, they did a great job for the first time facing another team. Lily R had two goals and Penny S and Emerson M both had one. Annabell R had five saves as well.

The Bulldogs traveled to Leroy on Wednesday night and lost to the Oatkan nights by a score of 12-2 in 5 innings. Trevor W, Grant F. , Jack O, Harper R, and Aaron K all had hits for Livonia. The Bulldogs fell to 5-2 on the year, with both losses to Leroy. Next game is home on Friday vs Dansville.
⚾Modified Boys Baseball started off the season last night with a strong outing in Wayland-Cohocton finishing with a 12-5 win. Kaden V and Carter R combined for 11 strikeouts over 4 innings. Carter R was 3-3 with a double with 3 RBI’s. The Bulldogs hit the bases running last night with over 10 stolen bases combined. Mason P had a great night behind the plate calling the pitches and not giving up any dropped third strikes to allow runners to advance to first. Overall a great team win to start the season.
🥎 The Varsity Softball team had a great game but lost 4-2 to LeRoy. Alaina T led the offense, going 2 for 3 on the night. Morgan M went 1 for three with 1 RBI.
Gwen S hit a solo homerun to left-center field in the 4th.

🥎 The JV softball team lost a tough game to Leroy 17 to 18. The ladies bats were hot racking up 13 hits. Madi B went 3 for 4 with a double, Tori C went 3 for 3, and Alexa O went 3 for 4 with 2 doubles. Brooke M, Lily S, Clare S and Rosalyn B all added hits for the Bulldogs.
🥎 The modified softball team had an amazing season opener beating Wyo-Co 15-11. Everyone that was able to play scored a run!! Chloe R had an RB1, Brooke M had an RBI double and struck out 6 batters, and Harper S struck out 2 batters.
The team's next game is on Tuesday against Bath.
Tuesday Night Wrap-up
🎾 Huge win for varsity tennis as they defeated LeRoy by a score of 5-0. This will lead to the Bulldogs winning another league title! Gavin W led the way at first singles with a come-from-behind 3-6, 6-2, 6-4 win! Charlie R pushed ahead and won a three-setter at second singles with a 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 victory.
Mary Kwak and the second doubles squad of Lucas R and Austin F won their matches! At first doubles, Levi W and Ethan G won a nail-biter 6-4, 2-6 and 6-4!
The Bulldogs are now 7-0 and will play Avon at home on Friday!

🏌️ The Varsity Golf team improved to 6-0 with a convincing win over visiting SOTA 226-389. Nick C. was medalist for the Bulldogs shooting a solid 40. Other top scorers included Max M. (42), Jackson S. (44), Cayden T. (48), Kyle W. (51), and Cat R. (52). 🥎 After a tough loss over the weekend to Batavia in the snow, varsity softball found themselves back on the winning side of the ball vs Marcus Whitman on a sunny evening in Dawgville. Marcus Whitman opened the scoring in the top of the first when Emily Y drove in 2 runs on a double to left center field. The Lady Dawgs would answer in the bottom of the first with 12 runs of their own. Makenna C scored Gwen S on a single followed by Morgan M scoring 2 with a double. Karly L, Ava C, and Alex M also added RBI's in the first inning. The hitter with the hot bat tonight was Chloe M, who went 3-3 with 1 run scored and one RBI. The Lady Dawgs would end up winning the game by the score of 18-3. Ava C pitched her way to a solid victory striking out 9 while only giving up 2 hits. Livonia's next game is tomorrow in Bloomfield. Tony S's bases-loaded single brought in the winning run in the bottom of the 7th for the Eagles. Sophomore pitcher Seth E pitched 5 innings striking out 13 and allowing 3 hits. Seth also went 2-4 for the Bulldogs with a double. Connor F and Jack T had the other two hits for Livonia. The game was played at the Rochester Red Wings AAA stadium Innovative Field. All players had to use a wooden bat in the game.

⚾ JV Baseball 7 - Way-Coh 6
Tied 6-6 in the bottom of the 6th inning, Harper R. let off the inning with a double to be the go-ahead runner at second for the Bulldogs. Grant F. hit the eventual game-winning double to put Livonia up 7-6, for good. Oliver T. came in and got the win pitching 2 two innings and striking out 4.
Carson B. was 2-3 at the plate as well as Grant F. with two doubles. The next game is Wednesday at Leroy at 4:30 pm.
