What to expect:

Step 1: Screening

Complete screening with Care Solace using their online form or by phone call. They can connect you with therapy, couples/family counseling, psychiatry, intensive outpatient program, partial hospitalization program, and residential/inpatient program.
Be Prepared with the following information:

  • Basic contact information for client and guardian (if applicable)

  • Insurance provide and plan if available

  • Brief description of what the client is experiencing

  • Type of service desired

Step 2: Matching (this may take several days)
Care Solace will:

  • Seek out providers on your behalf and keep you updated via text or email along the way.

  • Call you to present at least two options.

  • Offer to assist you in scheduling your appointment.

Step 3: Check In
Care Solace will:

  • Touch base after your appointment about your satisfaction

    with the provider match.

  • Answer questions every step of the way.
