🏈 Senior night celebration!
🏐 JV volleyball ended their season on a high note against Warsaw. The girls dropped a first close game 24-26. However, they claimed the next 2 games with strong teamwork 25-13 and 25-14. Julie Renner had 3 aces, 1 kill and 8 assists. Trinity Murphy had 3 kils leading the offense. Kaylie Hasfurter had 5 aces, 2 kills and 4 digs. Avery Stahl also had 5 aces and 2 kills. I am so proud of the girls this season and their progress. Their last game showed the dedication and effort they gave all season. I hope they are just as proud. We finished our season with a record of 11-9. We wish good luck to our varsity team at sectionals and for the rest of their season!
🏐 Varsity Volleyball played their last regular season game last night against Warsaw. They lost in three set but not without a fight 19-25, 18-25, 22-25.

⚽ Mod boys soccer traveled to McQuaid last night and faced a very skilled and talented team. The boys suffered the first loss of the season 2-5. Putting the ball in the back of the net: Alex Bajan, Anson Richardson
🏊♀️ Swimming and diving had their last meet of the regular season last night against Pal-Mac and Wellsville. This was the teams final push to qualify for Sectional Events. Congrats to Caris, Kaelin, Angela, and Nadia for achieving new qualifying times during the last meet!
🏐 The JV Volleyball team lost a tough match last night. Even after a strong start, they lost the last 2 games to Aquinas with the scores 25-16, 16-25, 21-25. Avery Stahl led the offense with 5 kills and also had 1 ace. Sierra Santiago had 4 digs. Kaylie Hasfurter had 3 kills. Megan Tumminelli and Julie Renner each had 3 assists. The team finishes their season today at Warsaw!
🏈 The modified football team celebrated an undefeated season with their win against the Cal-Mum/Bryon Bergen Raiders! Great job bulldogs!

⚽ Girls varsity soccer sectional action - Livonia 4 Wellsville 1
🎩🥅 Esther Slocum recorded a hat trick scoring 2 goals in the first half and a third in the second. Isabelle Dennis also scored. Anna Cinquino, Sabrina Adamson and Madison Shepard assisted. Mary Kwak had 0 saves amd Kylei Waters had 1 save. Livonia plays at Bath Friday night at 6 pm in the quarterfinals!
🏃♂️ Livonia Modified XC had a great showing at Brae Burn Golf Course in Dansville. Logan Bengier finished first and Myles Jarzyna finished 2nd. Dylan Dussault finished 6th and Gavi Matasovsky finished 10th. Every single one of the Bulldogs had personal best times during the meet against Bath, Avon, Dansville and Hornell.
🏃♂️ The Livonia Varsity Cross Country team finished a very strong regular season last night. The boys defeated Avon, Bath, and Dansville, while losing to Leroy. They finished the season 15-3. Top finishers for the boys were Chris Coyle coming in 2nd, Matt Mulvaney coming in 4th, followed by Josh VanNostrand, Owen Cavo, Steven Charlebois, and Robbie Sheesley. The girls finished their season with a 13-5 record. Top finishers for the girls were Cami Rode, Carly Lang, Sara Perdue, Ollie Turek, and Reagan Sykes. Great season Livonia Cross Country! Next week they will run at the County Championship in Warsaw.

⚽ Girls JV soccer team finished their season last night with a resounding 3-0 win at Bath-Haverling. KJ broke open the game early scoring on two Libby Kwak feeds and Libby added an additional goal later in the game. The girls showed great poise in their passing game and team play to cap the victory. The team of good chemistry finished a great season of fun and learning which led to their successful 10-3 record. Coach Wood would like to thank the girls for working so hard and coming to practice ready to learn and improve while having fun.

⚽ The Boys Modified Soccer team won against Dansville last night 4-1. The boys stay undefeated with goals by Kaidan O’Connor and a hat trick from Gavyn Phillips.
⚽ The Livonia Girls Modified team remain undefeated following a 3-0 victory Thursday night at Dansville. Natalie Gause, Alexa Olsen and Avery Snyder scored goals for the bulldogs. The defense played another amazing game protecting their goal. Karly Lawton and Gwen Strom combined for their eighth straight shutout.

In the boys race Chris Coyle came in 4th, with Luke Lawton taking 8th, then Matt Mulvaney, Josh VanNostrand, and Owen Cavo rounded out the top 5. For the girls Cami Rode placed 2nd in a very fast girls race, with Carly Lang, Sara Perdue, Ollie Turek and Reagan Sykes rounding out the top 5. The boys now stand at 12-2 while the girls are 11-3. Did you know that Livonia has a Competition Cheer team? If you are interested in coed competition cheer we will be holding open gyms for you to see if Competition Cheer is for you! Everyone grades 7-12 is invited to come and check it out- no prior cheer experience is needed. You must dress in comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and wear a mask. Open Gyms are held in the Elementary School large gym. This weeks open gym is Wednesday, October 13th from 3:30-4:30pm. We hope to see you there!
