Looking good for Hat Day!
Mrs. Martin's 5th graders and Mrs. Ellison's 2nd graders got together to make a special surprise ornament for their parents. They even had time to read holiday stories together. 5th-grade buddies were a HUGE help during this project.

Mrs. Hinds' 4th Grade class created dog blankets for a project for the 2024 Iditarod race in Alaska called Warm Hearts make Warm Dogs. They created fleece blankets for the Iditarod veterinary teams that care for the sled dogs during the race. The blankets will be shipped to checkpoints to be used when teams come in for rest or by dogs returned to Anchorage during the race. The dogs are cared for by vets for a short time until they are picked up by a handler and taken home. Sometimes extra layers of blankets to snuggle under are appreciated by our furry athletes.
Mrs. Jenkins made yoga time in room 33 based on hot chocolate breathing! What a festive way to practice mindfulness.
💚Mrs. Carman's class had a wonderfully awful Grinch Day yesterday!
Coyle/Litteer’s class got together with their K buddies in Mrs. Kuhn’s class yesterday to make Christmas wreaths and today they decorated trees in holiday sweaters.
PreK celebrated Grinch Day yesterday! They did so many fun Grinch-themed activities! Everyone had a blast! 💚

🎄Twas the week before Christmas so merry and bright
