In early June, 42 4th, 5th, and 6th graders participated in our annual Challenge 24 competition against Wheatland-Chili. This is the 26th year of the competition. These students have been practicing every week since April with Mrs. Weber, Mrs. Petelin, Mrs. Veldhuizen, and Mr. Lane. The top scorer for 4th Grade was Harlow E . The top scorer for 5th grade was Isabella Z. The top scorer for 6th grade was Brianne L. The overall top scorer for our school was 4th Grader Mesa W! Although we didn’t win this year, we are all very proud of their efforts and everyone had a great time! We celebrated all their hard work with a trip to Tom Whals! Thanks again to the Friends of Livonia for sponsoring this event!
Room 33 and Mrs. Martin's class partnered together all year for breakfasts, games, and recess. This morning they honored Room 33 students who are moving up to the MHS next year. Mrs. Martin's class also presented notes to each student for their awesome performances at Dawg Day. A great time was had by all.
