🐝After a three-year break, the LMS Spelling Bee is back! A group of students have been practicing after school as well as studying spelling lists at home to compete for the title of school champion. Isabella Z won with the word "intimidate" and Aidan M is our runner-up. Other students competing today were Jack S, Arianna S, Liliana A, Theo M, Emma L, and Autumn K. Mr. Chartier helped judge the competition and Mrs. Sykes was the pronounce.
🏆Congratulations to Isabella! Wish her luck as she begins a new study list in preparation for February's qualifying exam to determine if she will advance to the regional competition in March!
