The MasterMinds teams finished up the regular season at Mt. Morris last night. There were so many matches that some specific details were lost. Here’s what is known:
1) Multiple scheduling conflicts left the team depleted. Only 3 varsity players and 1 JV.
2) The varsity team went 0-3. They had already earned a playoff spot before tonight, though.
3) Angela T is on the scoreboard! Repeat-Angela T is on the scoreboard! (She’s peaking at just the right time!)
4) JV (aka the team of Thomas C.) went 3-1. Thomas single-handedly won his first three matches. He had done that two other times earlier in the season, too! Looks like he’s earned a varsity slot next year.
Playoff dates have yet to be determined, but will likely be at the end of April or in May after AP exams.

Today is Paraprofessional Appreciation Day!!
A big thank you to all our Teaching Assistants and Teacher Aides in recognition of the tireless work they do every day to make a difference by supporting students and teachers in and out of the classroom. These amazing individuals step UP regularly to help students complete assignments, practice reading, work on enrichment activities or whatever is needed – and step IN for teachers, providing invaluable assistance whenever necessary. Our buildings would not operate as efficiently without each and every one of them. THANK YOU for making a difference!

The Middle/High School will be having an early dismissal at 9:45 today due to a water main break and not having adequate water available for the building. Students will be dismissed to their normal afternoon dismissal location. If you need a transportation change, please call the MHS Main Office and our staff will make adjustments as we are able.
MHS students attending programs at the BOCES May Center will not be transported today. If students transport themselves, they may continue to attend their programs.
Afterschool activities are canceled. JV and Varsity athletes please check in with your coaches.
The Elementary school water is not affected by the break and will NOT be dismissed early.
