🍁Our students are experiencing maple syrup production first-hand with an interactive, educational exhibit called "The Maple Experience" this week. The 24-foot mobile trailer will be here through Wednesday to give many of our students an opportunity to visit, learn, and even sample maple syrup! This educational outreach program was developed through a New York State legislative grant and is sponsored and managed as a special initiative of the New York State Maple Producers Association. Students in grade levels from K-12 will be participating!
❤️🤍💙Students in the CHOICES Program completed a three-week service project of making 20 patriotic centerpieces for the local Veterans Day Dinner held yearly at the training grounds.

Today the students in Health 6 had an opportunity to find a stress-less strategy that works for them. Stations included, Don’t Make Me Laugh (Jokes and Mad Libs), Coloring Station, Computer Apps (Coping Apps), Card Games, Drawing/Journaling, Word search, Play-Doh, Meditation/Music/Essential Oils. The students did a great job with these!

On Monday, the CHOICES Program took a trip to Countrymax in Geneseo to learn about the animals and how to care for them.
Mr. Sheldon's Environmental Science class was in the woods at 8 am this morning with DEC Forester Brice June. The students learned more about the trees on campus.
