Congratulations to Jenna Gorton, grade 10, who won the Genesee Valley Penny Saver's Coloring Contest for the 13-25 age group! She chose a beautiful color plan, displayed amazing craftsmanship, and was awarded a $25 dollar gift card from the Penny Saver as well as a marker set and sketchbook from the Livonia Art Program. Congrats, Jenna!
The Middle School Math Team was back at it yesterday in its second competition of the year! Despite being the youngest team in the competition, they managed to finish in 2nd place for the day! What an awesome crew! (Hmmmm. 3rd place finish in the first meet. 2nd place finish in the second meet. Wonder what might happen in the third and final meet on February 10? Will the pattern continue? Stay tuned!)
