Concession Stand Use

  • Use of the concession stand:

    1. A Facility Use request must be submitted for all use of the concession stand at least 2 weeks prior to intended use. The key to the Concession Stand may be picked up from Laurie Vaughan, Scheduler, in the Connell Building the day before the scheduled use. The key must be returned to Laurie the day following the scheduled use. ** Facility request can be complete with group’s login at:  this link ** If you need login credentials for a group, please complete the following form:  Online Facilities Requester Application 
    2. Will agree to follow all general use rules to maintain cleanliness of the facility.
    3. This space is not approved by the Department of Health;  all items sold must be prepacked or cooked in a DOH approved kitchen and brought in.

    General Use Rules:

    1. All food items brought in by a group will be taken back with them.
    2. All warming devices used are wiped down and turned off when finished. If you have moved any equipment please put it back in its original place.
    3. The refrigerator is available to use by a group but all food is expected to be taken back with them once the event is over. Nothing is to be stored in the concession stand.
    4. All countertops and shelves are wiped down and dried.
    5. All dishes and utensils have been washed, rinsed, dried and put away.
    6. Floors have been swept.
    7. All Garbage is to be removed from the concessions stand and disposed of.
    8. The building properly secured prior to leaving (Doors closed & Overhangs shut & Locked).
    9. Stand will be evaluated after each use; all items left behind will be removed.
    10. If we find that we consistently need to go in and clean up after a group then the group will be charged a cleaning fee.

  • Use of the concession stand:
    NOTE: The Concession Stand will reopen in Spring 2025 and be available for use.

    1. A Facility Use request must be submitted for all use of the concession stand at least 2 weeks prior to intended use. The key to the Concession Stand may be picked up from Laurie Vaughan, Scheduler, in the Connell Building the day before the scheduled use.     2. Will agree to follow all general use rules to maintain cleanliness of the facility.
    3. If you wish to utilize the grill, the adult who will be operating the grill must have completed the Online Food Worker Training course and provide proof of completion. ** For course information: go to this link

    Select - “Livingston County" 
    Follow instructions 
    Note: There is a $10 fee for this course.

    General Use Rules:

    1. A certified trained adult is required to operate the grill at all times. If we find that is not the case, the group will not be allowed to utilize the grill without paying for a cafeteria employee from the district to man it.
    2. Once finished with grill, please turn it off, clean with cleaner down to the stainless steel, then dry.  Once cleaned, a coating of oil should be applied. Cleaning supplies and oil will be provided and are expected to stay in the concession stand.     7.  All dishes and utensils have been washed, rinsed, dried and put away.
    8. Sinks have been cleaned out and dried.
    9. Floors have been swept and mopped; mop bucket has been emptied.
    10. All Garbage is to be removed from the concessions stand and disposed of.
    11. The building properly secured prior to leaving (Doors closed and overhang shut and locked).
    12. Stand will be evaluated after each use; all items left behind will be removed.
    13. If we find that we consistently need to go in and clean up after a group then the group will be charged a cleaning fee.

    2. All warming devices, and appliances used are wiped down and turned off when finished. If you have moved any equipment please put it back in its original place.
    3. The refrigerator is available to use

    5. All dishes and utensils have been washed, rinsed, dried and put away.
    6. Floors have been swept.
