Pilates is a full-body workout using the core muscles in your abdominals and back as a focal point to work on strength, flexibility, and balance.
Pilates is taught by Patty Genthner and is held two Tuesdays a month. Additional classes may be available as the schedule allows.

If school is not in session for recess or breaks then Continuing Education classes are not in session.
