Flyer Approval Process

All Flyers or Advertising must be submitted to the Central Scheduling Office to be reviewed and approved before being distributed or posted.   Livonia Central School District does not make copies of flyers.  Copies must be dropped off for distribution once approved.  Copies of current flyers can be found in the Digital Backpack.

All Flyers MUST Have: 

  • Name of Event
  • Location of Event - if on LCS campus a Facilities Request must be Approved before Flyer can be submitted
  • Date - Including Year
  • Time of Event
  • Contact Information
  • Must be in PDF format
  • Must have Disclaimer  - if it is Not Affiliated with Livonia Central School

Flyer Count for Distribution

Elementary School

  • UPK-5
  • 35 packets of 25 each or per grade level 5 packets of 25
  • Contact Mrs. Barrett at ext. 5000 if you have questions about flyer count numbers in the ES.

Middle/High School

  • 120 per grade level
  • Contact Mrs. Nowicki at  ext. 1002 if you have questions about flyer count numbers in the MHS.
