National Honor Society Induction Ceremony
On Monday, February 9, 2026, Livonia Central School District proudly welcomed a remarkable group of students into the National Honor Society. This special evening celebrated the dedication, leadership, scholarship, service, and character that these students demonstrate each day.
Our keynote speaker, Mrs. Nicki Miller, delivered a meaningful message centered on the NHS Four Pillars, with a heartfelt emphasis on Character. She began by inviting the audience to join her in singing our alma mater, Dear Livonia, reminding us how true character is often shown when we choose to support others—even in moments of discomfort.
The ceremony was beautifully led by our NHS officers, and Dr. Michael Calzi closed the evening with gratitude, including special recognition of Mr. Chris Genthner, one of our NHS advisors, who will be retiring this year after many years of service and leadership by example.
